If you are trying to loose weight but not getting the results you are probably doing it wrong. 

If you are running or simply jogging for at-least 45 min daily and still not getting any results then you are making the most common mistake is forgetting the basic idea i.e you are what you eat.

You are missing the key factor i.e what type of food you are eating. In fact you can loose weight without doing any exercise but it will take longer time. To speed up things we do exercise combined with healthy eating
